Corned Beef Sandwich Recipe
Every bite of this delicious sandwich is full of flavor and texture. The corned beef is topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a creamy Russian dressing. Serve it with a dill pickle and fries for the ultimate mid-day meal!

- 6 ounces sliced cooked corned beef
- 4 slices rye bread
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing or Russian dressing
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- ½ cup prepared coleslaw
- dill pickle slices optional
Lightly toast the bread. Spread 2 slices with dijon mustard.
Layer with swiss cheese, corned beef, coleslaw and dill pickle slices.
Spread thousand island dressing on the remaining 2 slices and top the sandwiches.
Serve with a pickle and crispy french fries.
