Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink Recipe (+VIDEO)
Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink is the new pink drink that has joined Starbucks’ permanent menu! Now you can make this tropical drink at home! This DIY copycat guava drink recipe has the perfect blend of guava, pineapple and coconut flavor. It’s a dairy-free refreshing fruity beverage that takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Servings 2 tall cups
In a small bowl, whisk together ginger powder and pineapple juice until dissolved completely. (Make sure you mix it very well. You can skip ginger powder and it won’t affect the flavor much.)
Add ice (2 ice cubes are enough) to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the ginger and pineapple mixture. (If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use any other large container with a lid that fits the container.)
Add guava juice.
Pour in coconut milk.
Secure the lid. Hold the shaker with both hands (one on each piece) and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Fill a glass halfway with ice. Then strain the mixture into the glass. Serve and enjoy immediately.
- To make sure the ginger powder dissolves properly, you’ll need to mix them with a small amount of liquid first. Mix very well until there are no clumps of powder in the mixture.
- As guava drink is quite sweet, you can use unsweetened coconut milk if you don’t want your drink to be too sweet.
