Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut your hot dogs into 1.5-inch long pieces.
Cut your biscuit dough in half and flatten out each piece.
Place the hot dog piece into each dough and wrap around it.
Place the biscuit dough wrapped hot dogs in a circle in an oven-safe skillet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
While the biscuit is baking, add olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
Add diced onions and fry until soft. Add chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, chili beans, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes until thickened.
Remove the biscuit from the oven, and add chili sauce to the middle of the ring. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Return to oven for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
