Sautéed Sweet Peas Recipe

- 4 cups frozen green peas
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 large shallots sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Add the olive oil, butter, and shallots to a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the shallots for about 5-7 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
Add the minced garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Add the frozen green peas, salt, and pepper. Stir into the shallots and garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the peas are heated through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
