Chinese Ramen Recipe
Chinese Ramen is a super easy dish to make. It can be customized to suit your tastes and is ready to eat in minutes

Ramen
- 6 oz ramen noodles or other types of noodles
Broth
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 sesame oil
Toppings & Noodles:
- vegetables of choice
- 1 cup cooked eggs or shredded chicken
- chopped green onions
Place the broth ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. Cover with a lid and bring to a simmer. Reduce to medium and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Add the vegetables to the broth and cook until tender.
Place the noodles into two bowls. Top with the chicken, add the broth and garnish with the green onions.
