Quick and Easy Cuban Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
This delicious sandwich is served warm and toasty! It’s filled with eggs, ham, salami, and swiss cheese and will definitely satisfy the biggest appetites.

- 1 English muffin
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 large egg
- 2 slices deli ham
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- dill Pickles
- pickled onions
- green veggies like arugula
Add oil to a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add an egg on one side and let it fry for a minute.
In the empty space in the skillet, add deli ham, and top it with swiss cheese to let it melt.
Flip your egg and cook the other side.
Toast the English muffin, and spread with mustard.
Top with the cheesy ham and the fried egg. Add pickles, pickled onions, and your favorite green. Serve and enjoy!
