Dijonnaise is the delicious combination of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. By mixing these two iconic condiments, you’ll create a tasty new sauce that’s delicious on sandwiches, salads or in coleslaw.

1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed salt to taste white pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon honey optional
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and lemon juice to a small bowl.
Whisk or stir until fully combined. Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper to your liking. Add optional honey if prefer.
Keep refrigerated until use.
Storage: Homemade Dijonnaise will keep in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container.
