Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and lemon juice to a small bowl.
  • Whisk or stir until fully combined. Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper to your liking. Add optional honey if prefer.
  • Keep refrigerated until use.

Notes

  • Storage: Homemade Dijonnaise will keep in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container.
