Keto Instant Pot Chili Recipe
This keto instant pot chili is keto and low carb. It uses a few simple ingredients without beans – a perfect keto instant pot recipe that everyone loves.

- 2 ½ lb ground beef
- olive oil for frying
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 15- oz can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 1 6- oz can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup water
- shredded cheese for garnishing
Add oil to the instant pot and select “saute”. Once hot, add onion and cook for about 6 minutes or until translucent.
Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook for about 8 minutes or until browned. Use a wooden spatula to break apart the meat.
Add the remaining ingredients except shredded cheese to the instant pot and stir well.
Cancel the saute cycle. Then close the lid and select the “Meat/Stew” setting to start pressure cooking. (It’s about 35 minutes).
Once completed, turn the valve to “vent” for quick release.
Garnish with shredded cheese. Serve and enjoy!
