Keto Instant Pot Chili Recipe

This keto instant pot chili is keto and low carb. It uses a few simple ingredients without beans – a perfect keto instant pot recipe that everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb ground beef
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1/2 large onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 15- oz can diced tomatoes with liquid
  • 1 6- oz can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • shredded cheese for garnishing

Instructions

  • Add oil to the instant pot and select “saute”. Once hot, add onion and cook for about 6 minutes or until translucent.
  • Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef and cook for about 8 minutes or until browned. Use a wooden spatula to break apart the meat.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except shredded cheese to the instant pot and stir well.
  • Cancel the saute cycle. Then close the lid and select the “Meat/Stew” setting to start pressure cooking. (It’s about 35 minutes).
  • Once completed, turn the valve to “vent” for quick release.
  • Garnish with shredded cheese. Serve and enjoy!
