Easy Korean Cucumber Salad Side Dish

- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt to taste
Rinse the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Place the cucumber slices into a large bowl, and add salt. Toss to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.
Drain the excess liquid. Then add gochujang, garlic, vinegar, sugar, green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
