- 4 croissants
- butter as needed
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices ham
Cut each croissant into halves and toast them in a toaster.
Spread each piece with butter evenly.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes and use a wooden spoon to stir the eggs gently. Once it’s cooked, remove from heat.
Top half of the croissant buns with ham and scrambled eggs, and then cover with the second half of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
