Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • butter as needed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices ham

Instructions

  • Cut each croissant into halves and toast them in a toaster.
  • Spread each piece with butter evenly.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes and use a wooden spoon to stir the eggs gently. Once it’s cooked, remove from heat.
  • Top half of the croissant buns with ham and scrambled eggs, and then cover with the second half of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
