Best Healthy Cookies Recipe

These healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies are made with only 3 ingredients: banana, oats, and chocolate chips. This recipe is so easy to make and is one of our favorite healthy cookie recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas ripe
  • 1 ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
  • Peel the bananas and place them on a large plate. Mash them until smooth with no more lumps.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas and oats. Mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  • Scoop one tablespoon of batter onto the baking sheet and flatten it slightly with your fingertips. Repeat for the rest of the batter, spacing the cookies an inch apart.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Remove them from oven. Let the cookies cool for 5-10 minutes and then use a rigid spatula to remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
