Easy Brownie Recipe (Dairy-Free Dessert)

Easy brownies are one of my favorite dairy-free desserts. Rich and moist, they’re perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • optional chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt.
  • Add eggs, oil, water, vanilla extract, and optional chopped walnuts.
  • Mix everything until smooth. Then pour the batter into the baking pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached.
  • Cool completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
