Easy Brownie Recipe (Dairy-Free Dessert)
Easy brownies are one of my favorite dairy-free desserts. Rich and moist, they’re perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- optional chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt.
Add eggs, oil, water, vanilla extract, and optional chopped walnuts.
Mix everything until smooth. Then pour the batter into the baking pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached.
Cool completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
