Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons juice from canned oysters
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • salt and sugar to taste

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and the juice from canned oysters.
  • Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Add both light and dark soy sauce.
  • Add salt and sugar to taste.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 10 more minutes or until slightly thickened. Let it cool before using it.
