Ingredients

  • 3 large apples chopped
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Core apples and cut them into small chunks.
  • Add them into a large bowl, and mix with fresh lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  • Add celery, raisins, and walnuts.
