Ingredients

Optional for Serving

  • meatloaf sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9”x5” loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper. Set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. It’s best to use your hands to mush and mix until they are well combined.
  • Add the meat mixture to the loaf pan. Press the meat down and shape it into an even layer.
  • Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. (It’s important to let it rest, otherwise, it may fall apart.)
  • Brush with optional meatloaf sauce. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t overmix, as it can result in a tough meatloaf.
  • I recommend lining your loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Press the meat mixture gently into the loaf pan so that it can hold its shape better.
