Ingredients

  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or stevia
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, and water until smooth.
  • Add the erythritol (or stevia), garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Transfer the ketchup to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
