How to Make Keto Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
