Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool.
  • Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, and chives.
  • Add the chopped eggs to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
