Ingredients

  • 2 turnips medium size
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Clean and peel the turnips. Then cut them into thin strips.
  • Add the turnip strips into a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil and the seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the turnip fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are crispy and golden brown. You’ll need to flip the fries halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
