- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips sugar-free
- 2 tablespoons stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons heavy cream
Preheat oven to 325 F. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add almond flour, chocolate chips, stevia, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix to form the cookie dough.
Divide the dough into 6 portions. Form each portion into a ball and then shape it into cookies.
Place them on the baking tray and bake for 10-13 minutes.
Let them cool. Serve and enjoy!
