Keto Honey Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown Lakanto sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon honey flavoring
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine water and sweetener in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the sweetener is completely dissolved and the liquid is bubbling slightly.
  • Reduce heat and whisk xanthan gum in gradually. Be careful not to add too much or the mixture will thicken as it cools.
  • Add honey flavor and pinch of salt.
  • Cool to room temperature and transfer to a container with a tight lid.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
