Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour heavy cream and erythritol into a very large mixing bowl.
  • With a hand mixer on a low setting, begin to whip the cream. Gradually increase the speed to avoid splashing cream.
  • Add vanilla extract after 2 minutes of whipping. Continue to whip some more until soft peaks begin to form.
