2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons kosher salt or more, to taste
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper or more, to taste
2 tablespoons chili powder optional
