- 4 split chicken breasts bone-in, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Brush the chicken with olive oil, then rub it all over with the seasonings.
Place the chicken in a shallow roasting pan and cook for about 40-50 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
