Ingredients

  • 4 split chicken breasts bone-in, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Brush the chicken with olive oil, then rub it all over with the seasonings.
  • Place the chicken in a shallow roasting pan and cook for about 40-50 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
