Tilapia Seasoning Recipe
Healthy eating need not be boring; spice up your tilapia fillets with this bold and punchy homemade seasoning! It only takes a minute or two to make and will instantly enhance the flavor of any dish. Best of all, you can make it once, store it in the fridge, and use it for a number of meals and recipes.

In a small bowl, combine the onion and garlic powders, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme and oregano, and salt.
Rub onto tilapia fillets before frying, baking or grilling. This seasoning will also work well to spice up rice, pastas, stews and soups. Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight jar for up to one month.
