Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup long grain rice uncooked
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • In an 11x8-inch baking dish, whisk together the soup and the water until combined. Stir in the rice, black pepper, and paprika. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. Chicken is done and safe to eat when it reaches 165°F.
