- 1 can Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup long grain rice uncooked
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season well with salt and pepper.
In an 11x8-inch baking dish, whisk together the soup and the water until combined. Stir in the rice, black pepper, and paprika. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
After 15 minutes, insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. Chicken is done and safe to eat when it reaches 165°F.
