Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup shallots minced
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Place the minced shallots in a small bowl.
  • Pour the vinegar on top and stir in the salt, pepper, and sugar to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
  • Serve with a platter of oysters, and enjoy!
