- 1 cup packed almond flour
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup powder sugar
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 egg white
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the almond flour, salt, and powdered sugar. Pulse several times to mix well.
Pour in the almond extract and egg white. Pulse to form a smooth paste.
Transfer the paste to a clean surface and roll into a log shape. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until you need it.
