Pepperoni Rolls Recipe

These Pepperoni Rolls are loaded with yummy pizza flavors, and they’re ready to eat in just 20 minutes! They feature spicy pepperoni, salty mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and bread dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 can/jar pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese shredded
  • pepperoni sliced
  • melted butter to brush on top
  • parmesan cheese
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll the dough out to an 11×11-inch square. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough and then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the sliced pepperoni in rows to cover the cheese.
  • Starting at one end, roll the dough into a tight log. Make sure you roll your dough very tightly so that it won't fall apart when you slice them into smaller pieces.
  • Place the log seam side down and slice it into 1-inch pieces. Place rolls on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. arrange them 1 inch apart in a single layer.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and brush it over the rolled dough. Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese and a pinch or two of garlic salt.
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
  • Let the pepperoni roll cool for a few minutes before cutting it into slices.
