Frito Taco Salad Recipe
Frito chips in a salad? Yes, please! This Frito salad is a delicious combination of salty, crunchy, and savory goodness. It’s also suitable for vegetarians!

- 8 Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2/3 cup Catalina sweet and spicy salad dressing
- 1/2 cup French salad dressing
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups Fritos corn chips slightly crushed
In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, salad dressings, and onion. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of one hour before serving.
Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Toss in a large bowl.
Add the kidney beans and cheese.
Remove the salad dressing mixture from the fridge and add to the bowl.
Just before serving, add the Fritos. Mix well and enjoy!
