Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano freshly grated
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- salt to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovy paste, and lemon juice.
Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, pepper, and salt. Whisk well until combined. Taste and add extra salt as desired.
Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
