Baked Roasted Radishes Recipe

- 2 lb radishes cleaned and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Toss the radishes with the olive oil and spices. Place the radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer ensuring that every radish is in contact with the pan.
Roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
