Asian Chicken Marinade Recipe
Marinating chicken is a sure fire way to inject it with flavor. This Asian chicken marinade uses a handful of ingredients and is a delicious combination of salty, sweet, and savory flavors.

- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk well.
Transfer the marinade to a resealable freezer bag. Add the chicken pieces and remove as much excess air as possible. Seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator in a large bowl or on a tray to catch any drippings.
Marinate the chicken for two to 24 hours.
When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the marinade and cook on a hot grill until done.
Discard the marinade or boil it in a saucepan to serve as a sauce.
- One cup of marinade is enough for about 3 pounds of chicken.
