Garlic Roasted White Potatoes Recipe
Roasted White Potatoes are a favorite side dish with just about everyone! They’re creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and pair well with other veggies and meat.

- 2 pounds white potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet or tray with cooking oil.
Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Toss so the potatoes are evenly coated.
Roast for about 45-55 minutes turning the potatoes occasionally, until they’re golden and crisp.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
