Place the Oreo cookies into a large ziplock bag and seal completely. Use a rolling pin to crush the cookies.

Add melted butter to the bag and shake to combine.

Whisk the milk and pudding mix together in a bowl for about 2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Set aside.

Place the cream cheese and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat at medium-high until the mixture is smooth and has no lumps.

Fold in the pudding at low speed until well combined. Stir in the whipped topping.

Fill an individual glass 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Then top with oreo cookie crumbs mixture. Garnish with optional gummy worms. Repeat with the rest of the mixtures.

Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
