White American Cheese Dip Recipe
If you love to eat cheese you’ve probably tasted both white and yellow American cheese. Both are delicious and can be enjoyed on their own, in sandwiches, on charcuterie boards and in cooked dishes.

- 1/2 pound white American cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/6 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Place the cheese, milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir frequently until melted.
Add the cumin, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Continue to stir and add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
Serve immediately with chips, tortillas, and raw veggies!
