Sauteed Green Beans Recipe

- 1 lb green beans ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 garlic cloves sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Place a large skillet on the stove and heat over medium-high heat.
Add water, salt, and green beans. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil and butter in the same pan. Once the butter is completely melted, sauté the green beans.
Move the green beans around to coat them evenly in the oil/butter mixture for about 1 minute. Add in the remaining spices and saute for another 30 seconds.
Remove from heat, squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the green beans, mix and serve!
