- 1 lb chanterelle mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Clean chanterelle mushrooms and slice them into smaller pieces.
Add butter and oil into a skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add onion. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add chanterelle mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
Pour in the chicken broth and cook for 2 minutes.
Add thyme and garlic. Cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
