- 2 pounds chicken wings or drumsticks
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups original Bisquick mix
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add beaten egg to a small bowl.
In a separate large bowl, mix together Bisquick, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and paprika.
Dip the chicken into the beaten egg, and then into the Bisquick mixture.
Dip the chicken into the egg again, and then into the Bisquick mixture one more time. This will give the chicken a nice crispy coating.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the chicken with the melted butter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
