Easy Upscale Cocktail Strawberry Hennessy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hennessy
  • 4 oz champagne
  • 2 oz strawberry syrup
  • ice
  • fresh lemon and strawberries for garnishing

Strawberry Syrup

  • 3/4 pound strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

Make the Strawberry Syrup

  • Prepare the strawberries by removing green leaves and cut them into thin slices.
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add strawberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Once boiled, turn the heat down and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Blend the strawberries with a blender.
  • Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve.
  • Let it chill.

Make Strawberry Hennessy Cocktail

  • In a cocktail glass, add ice and fresh strawberries.
  • Pour in pour in Hennessy, Champagne, and strawberry syrup. Mix gently. Serve and enjoy!
