How to Reheat Steak (Step-by-step Instructions)

- 1 pound leftover steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Bring the steak to room temperature if it has been refrigerated.
Preheat your oven to 250°F and place the steak on a wire rack in a rimmed baking sheet.
Place the steak in the oven and bake the steak until the internal temperature reaches 110°F. This will take approximately 30 minutes depending on the thickness and size of the steak.
Add oil to a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the baked steak and sear for about 1 minute to create a nice crisp exterior.
Let the meat rest for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
