Ingredients

  • 3 diced mangos (it’s best to use ripe mango)
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1 jalapeño chopped and seed removed
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add mango, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro leaves, and jalapeno into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add lime juice and mix using a wooden spoon.
  • Season with salt, to taste. Serve and enjoy!
