- 3 diced mangos (it’s best to use ripe mango)
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 jalapeño chopped and seed removed
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- salt to taste
Add mango, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro leaves, and jalapeno into a large mixing bowl.
Add lime juice and mix using a wooden spoon.
Season with salt, to taste. Serve and enjoy!
