Easy Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe

Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken is one of our favorite winter dinner recipes. It’s loaded with juicy bone-in chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots, and green beans for the ultimate one pot meal!
Servings: 6

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 1 pound green beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley, optional

Instructions 

  • Whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, oregano, and ketchup in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add the chicken thighs, baby potatoes, carrots, and onions to a slow cooker.
  • Pour the sauce mixture on top. Cover the slow cooker and seal the lid.
  • Cook on a low for about 3 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, add the green beans to the slow cooker.
  • Remove the chicken and vegetables to serving plates using a slotted spoon.
  • Optional: Broil the chicken thighs for about 3 minutes to brown the skin.
  • Garnish with optional chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
