Roasted White Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Roasted to perfection, these white sweet potatoes have a delicious flavor to them. If you spot them at the grocery store, be sure to pick some up and try this recipe out!
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 45 minutes
Total: 55 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds white sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Toss cubed potatoes onto a baking sheet and coat with olive oil and seasonings. Mix to ensure all potatoes are evenly seasoned.
  • Roast in the oven for 45 minutes. Stir and flip potatoes after 20 minutes and continue cooking. They should be crisp on the outside and tender in the middle.
