Easy Weight Loss Soups (Cabbage Soup Recipe and More)
Ingredients
- 4 cups cabbage cut into small pieces
- 2 quarts vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 3 carrots sliced
- 3 stalks celery sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes including juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place a large pot on the stove on high heat and pour in all the ingredients.
- Stir a few times and then bring to the boil.
- Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
