How to Make Roasted White Potatoes
- Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Toss so the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Roast at 400°F for about 45-55 minutes turning the potatoes occasionally, until they’re golden and crisp.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
How Long To Roast White Potatoes
Golden crispy white potatoes should be roasted at a higher temperature for 45-55 minutes. We like to roast white potatoes at 400°F.
Be sure to turn the potatoes a few times while they’re roasting so they’re crisp all over. Here’s a guide to roasting times based on temperature:
- 350°F (175°C): 65-75 minutes
- 375°F (190°C): 55-65 minutes
- 400°F (200°C): 45-55 minutes
- 450°F (230°C): 35-45 minutes
