    These Real Fruit Popsicles are sweetened with honey or agave syrup. However, you can control the amount of sweetener to suit your taste.

    What Are Fruit Popsicles?

    Fruit popsicles are a frozen summertime treat. Unlike many of the popsicles sold at the grocery store, these popsicles are made with real fruit and contain no chemicals.  

    Ingredients You’ll Need

    • frozen or fresh fruit such as strawberries, kiwi, mango, and oranges
    • lemon
    • honey
    • salt

    How to Make Real Fruit Popsicles

    • Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
    • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in the center of each mold. 
    • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    • Run under hot water for about 30 seconds to release the popsicles.

    • When ready to serve, run the molds under hot water for about 30 seconds and then release the popsicles.
