Teriyaki Chicken is loaded with tender pieces of chicken breast that are smothered in a sweet and savory Teriyaki sauce. This Japanese-inspired dinner can be made in just 15 minutes!
Servings: 4

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and cornstarch.
  • Add oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • When the oil is hot, add chicken breasts. Fry for about 3 minutes per side (5-6 in total) until golden brown.
  • Add teriyaki sauce to chicken and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
