- garlic

How to Make Popeyes Mashed Potatoes
- Cut the potatoes into 3-inch pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.
- Place the potatoes in a medium-sized pan and add enough water to cover. Add salt, cover with a lid, and boil for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain the potatoes.
- Add the garlic to the pan and use a potato masher to mash the potatoes and the garlic. Add the butter and let it melt into the potatoes.
- Add the heavy cream, milk, and olive oil to the potato mixture. Stir well to combine. Taste and add more salt if needed.
