How to make Pineapple Vodka

  • Add granulated sugar to a flat dish. Run a slice of pineapple along the rim of the glass. Turn the glass over into the sugar and gently coat the rim. Set aside to dry while you prepare the cocktail mix.
  • Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, pineapple juice, and lime juice, and close the cap firmly.
  • Shake well to combine. Remove the cap, strain the mixture and pour it into the sugar-rimmed glasses. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and lime.

Note: You can store vodka in the freezer indefinitely and it will keep well. The beans can last for several refills.

Ingredients 

  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ice cubes

Serving Ideas

  • Pineapple wedges
  • lime slices
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions
